What the job looks like

Residential service calls, booked and routed by our dispatch desk. You get the address and the reported symptom; you diagnose the unit and do the repair. Refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, cooktops.

The brand mix runs from GE and Whirlpool up to Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking and Miele. The luxury share grows every year. Sealed-system work on those units calls for EPA Section 608 certification, and a tech who holds it never sits without jobs here.

Why technicians stay

• Orders all year. South Florida has no slow season: refrigerators die in July as reliably as in January, and the schedule stays full.
• W-2 employment. Payroll, taxes and insurance are the company’s job, not yours.
• Dispatch builds the route. No selling, no chasing your own leads.
• Russian on the team. Day-to-day shop talk happens in both Russian and English.

Requirements

• Experience repairing household appliances — or a solid technical base in refrigeration, HVAC or electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Conversational English: enough to walk a customer through a diagnosis at the door.
• EPA Section 608 certification is a plus (required for sealed-system refrigeration jobs).

Pay

Выезды к частным клиентам по готовому маршруту: диспетчерская принимает заявки и собирает ваш день, вы ставите диагноз и чините. Холодильники, стиральные и сушильные машины, духовки, посудомоечные машины, варочные панели.

Техника — от GE и Whirlpool до Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking и Miele. Люксового сегмента с каждым годом больше; для работ с фреоновым контуром на таких аппаратах нужен сертификат EPA 608, и мастер с ним без заказов не сидит.

Условия

• Заказы круглый год: у ремонта холодильников в Южной Флориде нет «мёртвого сезона».
• Официальное оформление W-2: налоги и страховка — забота компании.
• Маршрут собирает диспетчерская. Продавать и искать клиентов не нужно.
• В команде говорят по-русски — и мастера, и диспетчеры.

Требования

• Опыт ремонта бытовой техники или крепкая техническая база: холодильное оборудование, HVAC, электрика.
• Водительские права.
• Разговорный английский — объяснить клиенту, что с его техникой.
• Сертификат EPA 608 будет плюсом (нужен для ремонта фреонового контура).
