Appliance repair services in Brickell

Berne services every major residential appliance in Brickell. Our technicians are W-2 employees (not subcontractors), EPA Section 608 certified for refrigerant work, and every job comes with a tiered parts warranty (up to 10 years) plus 90-day labor warranty on top of the manufacturer warranty for installed parts.

Why Brickell residents call Berne

Brickell is vertical Miami — Icon Brickell, Brickell City Centre, SLS, Echo, the Reach and Rise towers, and the older condo stock along Brickell Bay Drive. Almost every kitchen here is a condo kitchen with a stacked or compact laundry closet, integrated-panel refrigeration, and a building that requires a certificate of insurance and a freight-elevator reservation before a technician can reach the unit. Salt air off Biscayne Bay shortens refrigerator condenser-coil life on the bay-facing lines. Berne dispatches from Hallandale Beach; most Brickell calls reach the resident in 35 to 55 minutes once building access is confirmed — and dispatch confirms the COI and elevator slot before the truck rolls so a denied entry never becomes a billed trip.

Brickell residents and rental managers call Berne because building coordination is handled before the visit, not improvised at the loading dock. Our techs work the integrated-panel Sub-Zero and Liebherr columns common in these towers, carry the compact-washer and stacked-laundry parts that condos actually use, and bill the flat $59 diagnostic credited toward the repair — never a wasted-trip fee when a building denies same-day entry.
