GE refrigerator noise: evaporator fan and sensor in Oakland Park


A GE side-by-side refrigerator in Oakland Park was making a strange noise. Vasyl K. took the unit apart, removed the rear panel and opened up the evaporator section to look at the airflow system.
He replaced the evaporator fan assembly and the temperature sensor, secured the wiring connections and cleaned the evaporator area before reassembling the refrigerator.
