Commercial sandwich prep cooler not cooling in Palmetto Bay
The sandwich prep cooler in this Palmetto Bay commercial kitchen was not cooling. Refat B. found the condenser fan motor had an open circuit and the condenser coil was heavily soiled.
He replaced the condenser fan motor, the start relay and the overload relay, rewired the unit, pressure tested the system and recharged it with R290. The condenser coil and drain line were cleaned. The walk-in freezer got a condenser coil cleaning on the same visit, and drain lines were cleaned on 3 units.
